Membrane BioreactorMBR (Membrane BioreactorMBR) is a new high-efficiency wastewater treatment process that combines high-efficiency membrane separation technology with the traditional complete activated sludge process. It replaces the secondary sedimentation pool in the traditional activated sludge process with membrane components. The large number of microbial flora in the interception biological system promotes the accumulation of microbial flora and biological species in the system, improves the sewage treatment capacity and efficiency, and thus greatly improves the effluent quality and volume load of the system, and the effluent can be used as secondary water.
Features of Membrane Moudle
*High and stable flux, so as to reduce the running number of modules, thus reducing the investment cost.
* Through the unique modular structure and efficient aeration to inhibit sludge accumulation on membrane fibers, reduce operating costs.
* Strong tensile strength and excellent chemical resistance fibers achieve long service life.
* Reinforced hollow fibers with a nominal pore size of 0.02 micron can effectively intercept suspended solids and microorganisms.
